Rookie TE Justin Joly and CB Reese Taylor were claimed on waivers by the Miami Dolphins
Waiver claims are in, and the Broncos saw two players they waived yesterday claimed by the Miami Dolphins. As expected, 5th-round rookie tight end Justin Joly was claimed by the Dolphins, as was reserve slot corner Reese Taylor.
The Miami Dolphins and Atlanta Falcons met Friday at Hard Rock Stadium, and Dolphins Wire had all of the updates throughout the game.
Meanwhile, Ewers now arrives to a Jaguars team that has an established starter in Trevor Lawrence, who is coming off arguably the best season of his career under coach Liam Coen. The 23-year-old will now jockey with Nick Mullens, Carter Bradley and Joey Aguilar for positioning in the QB pecking order.
The Dolphins didn’t play starters in the preseason finale against the Atlanta Falcons, and rookie WR Chris Bell saw his first action since recovering from an ACL tear.
